Permission-based sending

StageLetter is intended for permission-based marketing communications. Recipients should voluntarily provide their email addresses through forms and confirm marketing subscriptions through a double opt-in process.

Prohibited practices

• Purchased, scraped or harvested email lists.
• Sending marketing emails without valid permission.
• Misleading sender identities or deceptive subject lines.
• Ignoring unsubscribe requests.
• Sending malicious, fraudulent or unlawful content.

Unsubscribe and suppression

Marketing messages must offer an accessible unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests and applicable suppression records should be respected before further marketing messages are sent.
