1. Service description

StageLetter provides tools and infrastructure for managing permission-based marketing email campaigns, SMTP provider configurations and application integrations.

2. Acceptable use

Users must comply with applicable privacy, consumer protection and electronic communications laws. Unsolicited bulk email, deceptive sending practices, unauthorized use of contact lists and malicious content are prohibited.

3. Recipient consent

Users are responsible for ensuring that marketing recipients have provided valid consent or that another legally applicable basis permits the communication. Evidence of consent should be maintained where required.

4. Unsubscribing

Marketing communications must provide a practical mechanism to withdraw consent or unsubscribe. Opt-out requests must be respected in accordance with applicable law.

5. Service availability

Availability and delivery depend on infrastructure, third-party email providers and recipient systems. Acceptance of a message for delivery does not guarantee inbox placement.
